How do I cancel my PayPal subscription?
- Log into PayPal
- Click "History"
- Select "Subscriptions" from the "Show:" drop-down box.
- You may need to select a longer timeframe from the "For:" drop-down box if you have had your account longer than a month. Try selecting "Past Year".
- Press submit.
- You should see an entry called "Subscription Creation" with "Bizoost" in the "Name/Email" column. There will be a link in the "Status" column that tells you the status of the subscription. If it says "Active", click it.
- Click the button that says "Cancel Subscription" and follow the remainder of the steps.
This will stop any future payments from being sent to Bizoost but not close your Bizoost account. Please refer to the Terms of Services for our refund policy. If you have problems or questions with subscriptions please contact billing@bizoost.com
You can also log in to your PayPal account and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab. Choose "Subscriptions"
from the pull-down "Show" menu and press the "Submit" button. Choose this subscription, and click on its "Status." You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this
subscription.
