F.A.Q
Our customers often tell us,“we didn‘t know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised.”
So we thought that it would be a good idea to summarize the typical process that we go through with our clients to come up with a great website plan.
This is a list of the main processes that we go through:
- We are contacted by a prospective client via phone or email.
- We setup a free face to face consultation with the client (conference call/I-m chat).
- Before the consultation we analyze the prospective client‘s existing website (if they have one).
- During this initial consultation we concentrate on finding out the client‘s objectives and requirements for the new website.
- We collect any of the prospective client‘s existing or current marketing materials so that we can can understand how they have marketed themselves to date and what their target markets and audience are.
- We spend typically 3 to 4 hours producing a comprehensive first draft proposal and quote document. This draft proposal tells the prospective client, in detail, exactly what they are going to get, exactly how much it will cost with no hidden cost and surprises.
- We work with the prospective client to produce a final proposal document and encourage them not to sign until they are 110% happy with it. This may include changes to the sites layout or key features.
- When the prospective client is ready, they sign the proposal document at the end and return this page together with an initial deposit of typically 50% of total project cost. (100% if under $600)[payments are generally made on Bizoost.com]
- Once the signature document is received from the prospective client with the payment for the initial deposit Bizoost starts work on coming up with an initial draft design.
- Project team members work together to come up with an initial draft design, site map and project time line typically within 2-3 days. This initial draft design is the first deliverable to the client and ensures that the client knows what is going on from the very start of the project and can tell if everthing is going in the direction they want.
- Please give the initial draft your detailed attention and let us know any concerns you might have. Since its always harder to make changes after the work is done. Although we will then work with the client to modify or tweak the design until they are happy with it.
- The approved design is then handed over to the development team and they start work on bringing the website pages to life.
- The project manager is the bridge between the development team and the client to ensure that everything is on track and that all necessary questions are answered. He/she will most likely be your key contact as Bizoost grows with your business.
- As web pages become available, the client is able to get to grips with them by accessing our test web server.
- Once development on the new client website is completed, it is then tested both by the Bizoost quality assurance team but also available to the client to do their own testing, with help and direction from us.
- Once the client is completely satisfied with the new website and testing is successfully completed, the project signoff document is signed by both parties.
- After successful testing, the final payment is made by the client. Then all files, images and access passwords are transferred immediately as a live website so that it can be accessed by the client‘s prospective customers.
- A training session is scheduled with the client to insure the client is confident in making all necessary content changes to their site 24/7. (A Free training session is ALWAYS OFFERED unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Extra training is also provided at an hourly rate)
- Post launch testing is done immediately after release to ensure that moving from test to live environments has not generated any new issues.
- After launching your website we are continually checking stats and search engine rankings. We are also there for you every step after with 24/7 support to make sure any concerns are takin care of right away if needed.
