FAQ
Our customers often tell us,“we didn‘t know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised.”
So we thought that it would be a good idea to summarize the typical process that we go through with our clients to come up with a great website plan.
Bizoost standard website design project process:
- We are contacted by a prospective client. We setup a brief consultation with the client . (During this initial consultation we concentrate on finding out the client‘s objectives and requirements for the new project)
- We then either create a complete custom website design package or direct the potential client to our online store to view proposed website design packages in detail.
- Once a decision is made and the prospective client is ready, they purchase the desired website package through Bizoost.com online ecommerce store]
- After an initial deposit/purchase we collect any of the client‘s existing or current marketing materials so that we can understand how they have marketed themselves to date and what their target markets and audience are.
- We work with the prospective client to produce an initial draft design, site map and project time line (typically within 2-3 days). This initial draft design is the first deliverable to the client and ensures that the client knows what is going on from start to finish with live demo URL's to view the work as it is done.
- Please give the initial draft your detailed attention and let us know any concerns you might have. Once signed off by the client. The project will then go into design and development which can lead to additional labor charges if considerable tweaks are needed after that point.
- The project manager is the bridge between the design & development team and the client to ensure that everything is on track and that all necessary questions are answered. He/she will most likely be your key contact as Bizoost helps to grow with your business on the road ahead. As web pages become available, the client is able to get to grips with them by accessing our test web server.
- Once the client is completely satisfied with the new website and Q.C. testing is successfully completed, the project signoff document is signed by both parties. Then all files, images and access passwords are transferred immediately as a live website so that it can be accessed by the client‘s prospective customers.
- A training session is scheduled with the client to insure the client is confident in making all necessary content changes to their site 24/7. (A Free training session is ALWAYS OFFERED unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Extra training is also provided at a standard labor rate)
- After launching your jproject we are continually checking user ability, market growth with stats and search engine rankings and over all quality. We are also there for you every step after with 24/7 support to make sure any concerns are takin care of right away if needed.
